Orang Asli
Orang Asli is the malay term for "indigenous people".
Orang (=people) Asli (=original) is the term for the 18 tribes of indigineous people living in Peninsular Malaysia.
In 2010 the total population numbered at approximately 180,000 or about 0.6% of Malaysia's total population.
