Daulat Tuanku

The Malay phrase "Daulat Tuanku" means something like "Long live the King!"

You might come across this slogan in many places while travelling through Malaysia.
Malaysia practises the constitutional monarchy system. Nine of the 13 states are headed by traditional Malay rulers (=sultans).
Every five years the nine sultans the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (=king) among themselves to become the head of state of Malaysia.
