Et budget guest house is a small and warm guest house. The house owners are helpful and friendly. The facility also are in good condition and the environment is very relax, clean and comfortable. I am sure that ET Budget Guest House is my choice when my next visit to Penang. By wywe wong on Jun 11, 2008
